Blue Diamond® Glass-Lined Tank

The inner tank of a storage water heater has to handle regular contact with heated water over years of use. Elegance Prime Neo uses A.O. Smith's Blue Diamond® glass-lined tank, which the manufacturer specifies for longer tank life even in tough water conditions.

This protective tank technology forms an important part of the product's durable internal construction.

Enhanced Hot Water with RRID Technology

A.O. Smith equips Elegance Prime Neo with RRID Technology, designed to provide enhanced hot-water output. The technology helps make more effective use of the heated water stored inside the tank.

This feature is shared across both the 10 L and 15 L vertical variants.

Glass-Coated Incoloy Heating Element

Elegance Prime Neo uses a glass-coated Incoloy heating element for water heating. A.O. Smith specifies this element for superior heating performance and durability.

Both capacity options use a 2000 W heating system operating at 230V~/50Hz.

Built for Pressurised Water Systems

Both Elegance Prime Neo capacities have a rated water pressure of 8 bar. This makes the range suitable for compatible plumbing installations where higher water pressure may be present.

Compact Vertical Design

The Elegance Prime Neo series is designed for vertical wall mounting. Both capacities use a 310 mm diameter body, helping maintain a relatively narrow footprint.
